Bridge Harbour Marina of Port Huron has recently come under new, local ownership and significant upgrades are underway.
“This change marks a new era of investment, revitalization and community-focused boating experiences,” Bridge Harbour Partners LLC, which purchased the property in January of 2024, said in a news release. “The new owners have put extensive care into restoring this well-established marina.”
Upgrades that are underway at Bridge Harbour Marina include dock rebuilding, landscaping enhancements and amenity improvements. The marina is home to 264 slips and amenities including an outdoor heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, picnic area, indoor recreation room, modern bathing facilities with locker room and a laundry room.
“There has been a significant investment in infrastructure to improve safety, convenience and waterfront enjoyment,” General Manager Chris Weir said. “Bridge Harbour Marina has a renewed focus on customer service, a family-friendly atmosphere and clean, modern facilities.”
Bridge Harbour Marina’s docks fit anywhere from pontoon boats to up to 50-foot vessels. The marina is located immediately off I-69 and I-94, across Black River from a fuel station, walking distance to restaurants and hotels and a short drive to downtown Port Huron.
“Our marina is nestled in a scenic bend of the Black River about 20 minutes by boat from the St. Clair River and a 30-minute boat ride from the Blue Water Bridge and Lake Huron,” the owners said.
