Boulder Pickleball, which has the only indoor pickleball courts in the city, has closed after three years because the space it rents is slated for demolition and redevelopment.
According to the Boulder Daily Camera, the business opened in 2023 in a 19,000-square-foot warehouse space at 3550 Frontier Ave., with five full-size courts plus two practice courts and offered court rentals, classes and clinics. However, it closed last Tuesday because the warehouse’s owner, Conscience Bay Co., plans to build a new performance and event center there as part of the budding Pearl Arts District.
