Welcome to the 2026 SMASH OUT CF Pickleball Tournament hosted at Moultrie Family YMCA and brought to you by Southern Pickleball! Join us in our fight to Smash Out Cystic Fibrosis in honor of John Carlton Hamner and Collins Blease.
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is the world’s leader in the fight against Cystic Fibrosis. This organization is in relentless pursuit of a CURE. Through the most innovative research, they have been able to help people living with CF, live longer and healthier lives. Join us in this fight to add more tomorrows for all those affected by this disease.
