William L. Mills, M.D.

Dr. William Mills, a lifelong South Carolinian, has dedicated over three decades to providing orthopedic care to his community. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree and received orthopedic surgery training from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and completed a fellowship in spine surgery at the South Texas Spinal Clinic. Dr. Mills is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and remains passionate about serving his patients.

Beyond medicine, Dr. Mills finds joy in rescuing shelter dogs, supporting animal rescue organizations, beekeeping, and creating a sanctuary for hummingbirds. He also enjoys motorcycling, kayaking, and maintaining an active lifestyle with his family.
