Michael N. Bohan, M.D.

Dr. Michael Bohan has been serving Georgetown and Horry Counties for over two decades, specializing in total joint surgery with a focus on hip and knee replacements, including complex revisions. He is skilled in robotic-assisted knee and hip replacements and performs outpatient surgeries for eligible patients. Dr. Bohan earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Davidson College and completed his medical degree and orthopedic surgery residency at Wake Forest School of Medicine. He has advanced training in anterior hip replacement and robotic-assisted surgeries.

Residing in Pawleys Island with his wife and two children, Dr. Bohan enjoys tennis, pickleball, golf, skiing, hunting, and fishing.
