Kimberly A. Purgavie, D.O.

Dr. Kimberly Purgavie has served the Myrtle Beach community since 2010 as a physiatrist, specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation. With a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Stockton University and a medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, she brings extensive academic background to her practice. Certified by both the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, she provides advanced treatment for pain and musculoskeletal issues. Additionally, she contributes her expertise to acute orthopedic trauma and acute stroke consult services at Grand Strand Medical Center.
