Dr. James Nelson, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, finds joy in helping patients get back to their active lives. Witnessing their physical improvement is a motivator for both him and his patients. A Willmar native, Dr. Nelson proudly treats local patients for a wide range of orthopedic conditions, from joint pain to rotator cuff tears. When he’s not seeing patients, Dr. Nelson enjoys spending time with family and staying active through cycling, hunting, and fishing.
