J. Christopher Gayton, M.D.

Dr. J. Christopher Gayton, an orthopedic doctor in Conway and Myrtle Beach, specializes in hand and upper extremity care as a fellowship-trained hand surgeon. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia and his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Gayton completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Wright State University and further specialized in hand and upper extremity care through fellowship training at Allegheny General Hospital.

Outside of work, Dr. Gayton enjoys waterskiing, hunting, snow skiing, and supporting the Georgia Bulldogs. He is passionate about international medical missions and loves exploring the Grand Strand with his wife and three children.
