Andrew Putman, M.D.

Dr. Andrew Putman, an orthopedic surgeon in the Grand Strand area since 2013, earned his bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences from Auburn University and his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical College of Georgia. Completing his orthopedic surgery residency at WellStar Atlanta Medical Center, he pursued further specialization in hand surgery through a fellowship at the Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center. Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, he holds subspecialty certification in orthopedic hand surgery.

Dr. Putman resides in Pawleys Island with his wife and three children, enjoying family time, travel, golf, and outdoor pursuits when he isn’t seeing patients.
